GoHighLevel (GHL) serves as our CRM, automation, and communications platform. Information submitted through forms, chat widgets, or scheduling tools on our website is collected and stored within GoHighLevel.

TalonTyr uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, manage, and improve our AI automation services
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications

TalonTyr does not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects without your knowledge.

How You Opt In to SMS

TalonTyr sends SMS messages only to individuals who have explicitly opted in. You provide consent by:

• Submitting a web form on talontyr.com that includes a visible SMS consent disclosure
• Verbally consenting during a discovery call or onboarding conversation
• Engaging with TalonTyr's chat widget and providing your phone number with consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any service from TalonTyr.

SMS Consent and Data Protection

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of services is permitted only where necessary to deliver the services you requested. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

TalonTyr does not sell, rent, or share your personal information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Service Providers

TalonTyr works with the following service providers who process data on our behalf solely to deliver our services. These providers are prohibited from using your data for their own marketing purposes:

• GoHighLevel: our CRM, automation, funnel, and communications platform. Stores contact data, conversation records, form submissions, appointment data, and automation workflows on our behalf.
• Twilio (via GoHighLevel LC Phone): provides SMS and call delivery infrastructure. Receives only the minimum information required to route and deliver messages you have consented to receive.
• Stripe: processes client payments. Receives billing information necessary to complete transactions.
• Google Workspace: provides our business email infrastructure for communications sent to and from hello@talontyr.com.

Legal Requirements

TalonTyr may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of TalonTyr, our clients, or others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of TalonTyr's assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.

TalonTyr uses GoHighLevel's calendar and scheduling system to manage appointment bookings. When you book a discovery call or any other appointment through talontyr.com:

• Your name, email address, and phone number are collected and stored in our GoHighLevel CRM
• You will receive automated confirmation and reminder messages via SMS and/or email
• Your appointment data is used solely to manage your scheduled interaction with TalonTyr
• Appointment data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes

TalonTyr's website uses standard web technologies including cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our site.

No method of data transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. While TalonTyr takes commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or interests, TalonTyr will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

TalonTyr retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

• Contact and inquiry data: retained for the duration of our business relationship and up to 3 years after last contact
• Client account data: retained for the duration of the active service relationship and up to 5 years after the relationship ends
• SMS opt-in records: retained for a minimum of 4 years to demonstrate compliance with A2P 10DLC requirements
• Payment records: retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations

When data is no longer needed, TalonTyr takes reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

TalonTyr's primary technology platform is GoHighLevel. As our platform provider, GoHighLevel acts as a data processor on our behalf and stores and processes the following data types under TalonTyr's direction:

• Contact records including name, phone number, and email address
• Conversation histories across SMS, email, and chat channels
• Form submission data
• Appointment and calendar data
• Automation workflow execution records
• Website and funnel visitor data

GoHighLevel's own privacy policy governs their data handling practices as a platform. TalonTyr remains responsible for the data we collect and how we instruct GoHighLevel to process it on our behalf. Links to third-party websites that may appear on talontyr.com are provided for convenience. TalonTyr is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information TalonTyr holds about you
• Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

SMS Opt-Out

Click the unsubscribe link included in any TalonTyr marketing email, or send a request to hello@talontyr.com. Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out to take effect.

All Communications

To opt out of all communications from TalonTyr, contact us at hello@talontyr.com or 325-297-1071. We will process your request promptly and confirm when complete.

TalonTyr's website and services are directed to business owners and professionals. TalonTyr does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
